30 days, 30 dinners - Meal #5 Burrito Bowl

We love Chipotle, but with our schedules it's tough to get to one. What do you do when you can't visit somewhere? Bring it to you!

Burrito Bowls (15 minutes):

Cook Minute Rice (or the rice of your choice) according to package, add chopped cilantro with the rice.

Drain canned black beans.

Cook chicken to your preference (spices, etc.)
We used leftover rotisserie chicken.

Add the toppings of your choice and play catchy Hispanic tunes in the background. You'll enjoy it as much as we do!

My bowl of choice includes rice, black beans, chicken, tomatoes, Colby jack cheese, green onions, cilantro, pickled jalapenos and sour cream.
