Powersberry!

Travis and I love going to Pinkberry in New York City. After our last trip, we started thinking of a way to make it at home and ta-da! Mission accomplished!

For those of you who have not tried Pinkberry, it is a frozen yogurt, but not like the yogurt you are used to from Braums, but one that tastes like actual yogurt and is whipped to a light, delicious, low-calorie treat.

We used one of our wedding gift cards to purchase a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and we are in sheer delight!

We made a 1/2 gallon of this frozen yogurt concoction for a mere $3 - not too shabby when it costs more there for less product and we don't have to fly to NYC to get it.
