Whew! What a wedding week!

We come to the blog today with our heads down, apologizing profusely for not writing sooner. What can we say, it's been a busy couple of weeks!

The majority of our time has been spent on taking care of Natalie and Tim's wedding. I planned Natalie's sister's (Ashley) wedding last October, so you can imagine my delight to take care of Natalie's.

Here's a breakdown of the details that we loved about this wedding...

1. The couple! They are absolutely adorable and sooooo in love!

2. Large print posters (see photo below) - we used these photos to highlight funny pictures of the couple throughout the reception. A huge thanks to Impressions Printing for a job well done!

3. The reception location - Red Primesteak: The Good Egg Dining Group (Iron Starr, Cheevers, Market C, Red Primesteak) does everything just right and then some! The staff, the food, the location - all of it was top notch and perfection!

4. The dessert buffet: Sweet Cherry's makes the best sugar cookies, hands down! Not only are her cakes magnificant, but all of her sweet treats are yummy goodness!

5. The DJ (PhD), photographer (Tara Lokey) and bouquet florist (A Bloom Above the Rest) - all were amazing and all brought the highest levels of awesomeness. Thank you to all of you!

And now for a couple quick photos of the reception...

The cake and dessert tables. Cupcakes, cookies, candy, brownies and lemon squares.

With the exposed brick and city views, we went for an art gallery look with nature brought inside. Originally, Natalie and Tim were going to be married in her parents backyard. (Thank goodness we didn't do that since it hailed/rained the night of their wedding.)

Her colors were vivid green and vibrant red, with pink/fuschia and brown accents. Each table had a different certerpiece with flowers, candles and mercury glass.

While these photos do not do the reception justice, you get an idea of the massive amount of work we've been doing. This week was spent recouperating, resting and returning all of the rentals, lights, etc.

It was an absolutely gorgeous wedding for a wonderful couple!

Congrats Tim and Natalie!
