Busy little bees

Well hello there, stranger! Obviously it has been a long, long time since our last post. We’d apologize, but we’re having too much fun with all of the busy-ness of life!

What’s new you ask?

I am now gainfully employed at my all-time favorite advertising agency. It’s tough, it’s intense, it’s wonderful. With this comes long hours and travel, but I’m learning and adjusting to earlier bedtimes.

We’ve purchased a house! Who would have guessed that we’d move to the suburbs – but we did and we love it! It’s serene, 15 minutes from our former area and the house has a peace to it that is immeasurable. In the coming months, we’ll be painting and changing the interior of this house to suit our tastes.

We’ve traveled from coast to coast (literally, in one day!!) for our dear friends, Carrie and Phil’s wedding. It was fabulous and gorgeous and we have a new love of Malibu/California. A trip back is planned in our future.

Holidays, holiday, holidays! Everything kicks off with my birthday, you know?
